Who we are

This website is operated by On Point Construction LLC, a construction, custom welding, masonry, and finishing contractor based in Madras, Oregon (541-706-0191, juarezonconstruction25@gmail.com). We are the controller responsible for the personal information described here.

Essential functionality

A small amount of storage and cookie use is necessary for the site to work at all. These are not optional and cannot be switched off through the consent controls, because without them the site cannot function:

  • Saving your cookie choice. When you accept or reject optional cookies, we store that decision in your browser so we don't ask you again on every page. This also records any Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal your browser sends.

Our website hosting provider also collects aggregate, cookieless statistics about page views so we can see roughly how many people visit. This does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not identify you.

Optional services and privacy choices

Whether optional services need permission before they run depends on your location and the settings for this site. Services you previously declined stay off. If we cannot determine which services are allowed, they stay off.

Changing or withdrawing your choice
