Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our construction, custom welding, masonry, and finishing services and to let you request an estimate or contact us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content, images, or branding without our written permission

Estimates and Proposals

Estimates we provide are based on the information available to us at the time, including any details or photos you supply. Estimates are provided free of charge and are not a contract.

Because construction and fabrication work frequently reveals conditions that are not visible until work begins, an estimate may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was described or discovered. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding.

A project becomes binding only when a written agreement or signed proposal has been accepted by both you and On Point Construction.

Services and Scheduling

Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, access to the work site, and other factors outside our control.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site so we can perform the work. All work is performed by On Point Construction LLC, which is licensed and insured and holds Oregon CCB #262410.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs of completed work, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to On Point Construction LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Site may include features provided by third parties, such as a chat widget and advertising measurement tools. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice for your specific project — an estimate or consultation is required for that.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Point Construction LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have under a written project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jefferson County, Oregon.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
